CHILD SAFETY

Child safety is more than a policy at Tamborine Mountain Dance Academy. It is a reflection of the values we teach every day within our studio. Respect, kindness, accountability are not only standards we uphold as an organisation, but qualities we actively encourage in every student who walks through our doors. We believe dance plays an important role in shaping confident, respectful, and resilient young people, and that the environment children grow within matters just as much as the training they receive.

At Tamborine Mountain Dance Academy, we are committed to complying with the 10 Child Safe Standards under the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024 and fostering a positive environment where every student is heard, valued, and safe.

We prioritise strong safeguarding practices, continuous training, and clear accountability because we care deeply about the safety and wellbeing of our students.

It's beyond developing strong dancers - it's about shaping strong individuals who have a voice.

This is our commitment to our community.
